Your practice needs to have a registered account before you can change your playlist. If this has not already been completed, please call us on 0114 399 0011.
To register another user in your practice, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0114 399 0001.
We offer training to the new user and there is no limit to the number of trained users you can have.
New video content is released frequently and all registered users are emailed when any new or updated videos are added into the library. Please update your playlist at regular intervals to ensure that your playlist remains fresh and topical.
To request any bespoke content, please email email@example.com or call 0114 399 0001 where we can discuss your specific requirements.
All team images should be high resolution JPEG/PNG files at a minimum of 300dpi. Please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org and remember to label the image file with the name of the team member to which it relates. If the file is too large to email, please contact us for the link to our file transfer portal. Please be aware we are unable to accept files by any other file sharing platform.
There is no limit on the number of videos you can include, however, we would advise that a shorter playlist updated regularly will have a greater impact, as your message is more likely to be seen by every waiting client. The running time of your playlist is displayed as you add or remove videos.
